Big swim team week ahead...here's all you need to know
Swim Team Friends,
We have another big week coming up. Be sure to read this email in full – we need you on your “A” game.
A note about kindness and being a thoughtful swim team family: Please pick up your trash when you are at swim practices, meets, special events or any time. We are finding too many wrappers and such left behind and your Team Reps and Coaches are spending time picking up behind you. Also, please ensure that you are supervising your children - this includes at swim meets. We had some incidents at last week’s meet in which children in our bullpen area wrote with Sharpies on the cement and the wall ledge. Team Reps, Coaches and the President of our pool have been spending time to figure out a way to clean up these actions. We know these behaviors are not indicative of the spirit of this team. Thank you for partnering with us to help maintain the collective, upstanding integrity that we represent.

- Our swim event this year will be a unique practice themed in the celebration of life…”Because we can and so many others cannot. We swim so we can find a cure.”
- We are such a fortunate swim team community, let’s work together to give money to the cause of one day curing the children and adults who can’t swim.
- Please read the attached flyer for more information and take note that we are asking for a $5.00 donation per swimmer that attends this special practice. A selection of baked goods (made with love by our swim family) will be for sale onsite. This is a cash only event.
