Can you believe we are entering week 6 of swim team? Crazy how time flies. Anyway, we hope you all have had a wonderful weekend. Here's your guide to this week's swim team schedule:
WEEK AHEAD
- Practice: Monday, June 10th – Friday, June 14th
- 8:30 AM-9:00 AM 6&U
- 9:00 AM-9:45 AM 7-8
- 10:00 AM-11:00 AM 9&UP
- DEADLINE 6/10: RSVP for the post-home meet celebration at Hearth Pizza Tavern (PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS A VENUE CHANGE). To do this…click here. Scroll down to find the event>click the green button tagged “RSVP open”, this opens a window with the names of everyone in your family (or everyone that you loaded into your profile), click “edit”, select the names for each family member attending, and hit “save”. DONE!
- Swim Meet HOME against Wynterhall: Tuesday, June 11th
- The weather is looking good. This meet is happening.
- 4:30 PM arrival for swimmers & 1st shift volunteers
- 5:15 PM warm-up
- 5:30 PM meet start
- 6:15/6:30 PM arrival for 2nd shift volunteers
- Volunteer email reminders to release on Monday, June 10th. IT IS CRITICAL THAT IF FOR SOME REASON YOU ARE RUNNING LATE AND YOU ARE VOLUNTEERING, PLEASE CALL DEANA MENIKOFF AT 770-865-7011
- Concession email reminders to release on Monday, June 10th. IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT YOUR CONCESSION ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT ANNE KOCH AT 404-851-7092
- Your concession item must be brought to the pool on Tuesday, June 11th between 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM (and placed on the table near the microwave in the upper pavilion).
- Swimmers of the Week recipients must be present to receive their awards and be recognized. This week we are announcing 4 winners - 2 for last week and 2 for this week.
- 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM all ages
