Happy swim meet day! We wish to remind you about some key deadlines that each family needs to act on. Of course, at the top of the list is our swim meet tonight: (here's your final reminder on that)

• Swim Meet AWAY against Byrnwyck: Tuesday, June 18^th (1000 Byrnwyck Road Northeast, Atlanta, GA
  • 4:30 PM arrival for swimmers & 1st shift volunteers
  • 5:15 PM warm-up
• • 5:30 PM meet start
  • 6:15/6:30 PM arrival for 2nd shift volunteers

*IT IS CRITICAL THAT IF FOR SOME REASON YOU ARE RUNNING LATE AND YOU ARE VOLUNTEERING, PLEASE CALL DEANA MENIKOFF AT 770-865-7011

• Meet declaration DEADLINE for ASA Divisionals: Tuesday, June 18^th by 5:00 PM (if you are confused about what this is, you should check your swim team email from 6/13 – an entire email was dedicated to this). It is $23.00 PER SWIMMER. You do not need to pay if you are not swimming. Click here to RSVP and then scroll down on the page until you see the event name

• Meet declaration DEADLINE for the final meet of the season against Hammond Hills: Wednesday, June 19^th by 5:00 PM

• Ribbons & Swimmers of the Week Ceremony: Wednesday, June 19th
  • Swimmers of the Week recipients must be present to receive their awards and be recognized.
  • 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM all ages
• Swim Clinic: Wednesday, June 19^th 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM (the final swim clinic of the season)
  • Focus is on flip turns
  • This swim clinic is geared towards ages 7 & Up

• End-of-Season Awards Banquet: RSVP deadline on Saturday, June 22^nd (we are not taking walk-ins)
  • Our end-of-season awards banquet is fast approaching (Thursday, June 27th)
• • Please find an invite attached
  • The event will include a catered dinner (bourbon chicken, rice, green beans, mac & cheese, assorted drinks & dessert), free swim and pool games plus our much-anticipated awards presentation
  • The banquet is $10/per person to attend
  • The RSVP status of this event was recently reset to accommodate for online charges therefore if you already RSVPed, please do it again. RSVPs are requested by Saturday, June 22nd (we are not taking walk-ins)
