We hope you all are enjoying the weekend. It is hard to believe we are entering our last week of swim team for the 2019 season. Here’s your final “week ahead” reminder email (sniff, sniff).

For those of our teammates participating in ASA Divisionals, a separate email will be sent to you today with important details for that event. Stay tuned.

Swim Meet AWAY against Hammond Hills: Monday, June 24^th (555 Glenforest Road, Sandy Springs, GA)

This is on Monday folks NOT Tuesday
If you signed up to swim or volunteer - be there; we can’t afford to lose 10% of our swimmers at the last minute again (thank you and we love you J)
4:30 PM arrival for swimmers & 1st shift volunteers
5:00 PM warm-up
5:30 PM meet start
6:15/6:30 PM arrival for 2nd shift volunteers

Ribbons & Swimmer of the Week Ceremony: Tuesday, June 25^th

Swimmers of the Week recipients must be present to receive their awards and be recognized.
This is our final ribbons/swimmer of the week ceremony of the season!
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM ALL AGES

ASA Divisionals swim meet: Wednesday, June 26^th 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM (a separate email will be sent out today to those swimmers participating)
End-of-Season Awards Banquet: Thursday, June 27^th 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (RSVP EXTENDED TO TODAY, JUNE 23^RD BY 5:00 PM)

We have over 125 people attending, this is going to be awesome
If you want to learn about the award presentation this year, be sure to read the swim team email from June 19^th and also read about our special guest – an Atlanta hometown hero
The event will include a catered dinner (bourbon chicken, rice, green beans, mac & cheese, assorted drinks & dessert), free swim and pool games plus our much-anticipated awards presentation
$10.00 per person/$40.00 family cap (register all family members attending and pay in total, partial reimbursements will be made if registration total exceeds family cap)

Walk-ins will not be permitted; attendees must have pre-paid and pre-registered (the pool will be closed to the general public during our event)

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM awards presentation
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM free swim, pool games
