Mountaire Park Barracudas Swim Team Family,

It is our pleasure to announce that the Mountaire Park Barracudas are back for the 2021 Summer swim season!

In the coming weeks, we will meet with the Atlanta Swimming Association (the governing body of the Summer swim league), along with our sister pools, to finalize the framework for a successful swim program.

As of now, the plan is to get meets going by late May and wrap the season up by late June. We are keeping a close eye on issues regarding COVID-19 and how they will impact those plans. We will remain flexible in an effort to create a safe environment for all, while maintaining as normal of a swim season as we can. We sincerely hope to have in-person meets this year, however if distancing requirements prevent us from doing that, we will have virtual meets.

Information concerning the upcoming season has already begun to appear on the website. Continue to check back for frequent updates. Registration will launch March 1st. The Coach's Meet & Greet event will take place April 17th from 9:00-11:00 AM (outside with distancing). Practices start Monday, May 3rd.

In the meantime, please help us spread the word to your neighbors and friends about our great program. If you or someone you know may be interested in sponsoring the team, please let us know.
