Announcing Our Swimmers of the Week & Final Events of the Season (banquet RSVP due today, June 18th)

Swim Team Friends,

It gives us great joy to announce Holden Meents (7-8 boys) and Helena Pierce (7-8 girls) as our Swimmers of the Week! Holden is a new Barracuda this year and has worked so hard at practices plus improved his swim times in meets. Helena has swum the individual medley in just about every meet this year - that's a big feat! And, she does it with a great attitude. Thank you to Holden and Helena for demonstrating such great sportsmanship, commitment and enthusiasm.

We are getting to end the folks. Here's our final items for the season:

PRACTICE: Monday, June 21st:
- 8:30 AM-9:00 AM 6&U
- 9:00 AM-9:45 AM 7-8
- 9:45 AM-10:45 AM 9&UP
CONCESSION DROP OFF FOR MEET 5: Monday, June 21st 8:30 AM - 10:45 AM
- PLEASE – read the item you signed up for very carefully and purchase exactly what is requested (size, brand, quantity).
- Your concession items must be brought to the pool on TMonday, June 21st between 8:30 AM – 10:45 AM (and placed on the table near the microwave in the upper pavilion).
- Concession Chair, Anne Koch, will be on deck to receive your items.
- If there is an exception to the delivery time on an item, it will be clearly marked on the sign-up page.
- When dropping off, please be sure your item is marked with your name so that we can check you off.
MEET 5 SWIM MEET: Monday, June 21st (this meet is at HOME and IN-PERSON against Huntcliff)
- 4:30 PM arrival for swimmers & 1st shift volunteers
- 5:15 PM warm-up
- 5:30 PM meet start
- 6:30 PM arrival for 2nd shift volunteers
PRACTICE: Tuesday, June 22nd:
- 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM Practice for ASA Divisional Swimmers (ALL AGES)
- 9:45 AM-10:15 AM Ribbons & Swimmers of the Week Ceremony (ALL AGES) - no post-ceremony swim
ASA CHAMPIONSHIP: Wednesday, June 23rd
- 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM
- *This is just for those swimmers that registered
- Coach Danielle sent an email to parents on 6/17 with all details
END-OF-SEASON AWARDS BANQUET: Thursday, June 24th
- *This event is ONLY open to athletes and their immediate family members. Please be respectful and do not invite friends or extended family. Thank you.
- All attendees must have RSVPed by Friday, June 18th here
- 5:00 PM-8:00 PM
- We have a very special award and recognition ceremony planned for you along with a variety of pool games! BBQ will be served (vegetarian option as well) along with a sundae bar.
