Swim Team Friends,

This morning at the ribbons ceremony, we announced that Mountaire WON our final meet of the season! The score was 443 Mountaire to 327 Huntcliffe. We are undefeated...5-0!!!! Ah-mazing!!!!! Attached are the meet results against our opponents if you wish to compare times. 

We also celebrated two fantastic swimmers - Zoe Taylor (11-12 girls) and Rafa Lopez (13-14 boys). These young adults have been tremendous assets to the team during swim meets with their top finishes and they are also just great people. We've witnessed Zoe and Rafa congratulating team members, promoting an inclusive team environment and being positive role models. We are grateful to them for their leadership and commitment to our program. They even let us photograph them! :-) Help us celebrate by checking out their website and Facebook shoutouts. 

Tomorrow 35 Barracudas will descend upon Georgia Tech's Olympic training pool to swim amongst the best-of-the-best! Please wish them well. 

For the rest of you, we look forward to seeing you at the End-of-Season Banquet on Thursday, June 24th at 5:00 PM. We have a wonderful catered BBQ meal planned (including vegetarian options) and a very special awards ceremony. Our kids have worked so hard, let's honor them!
