We are happy to announce that the 2022 Mountaire Park Barracudas swim team registration is NOW open! REGISTER HERE  

Our team representatives and coaches have been working hard to present a program and learning environment that is safe and fun for your kids. Here’s what you and your swimmer(s) can look forward to:

Coaching Staff

• Superb staff and ACTIVE instructors in the swimming community
• Head Coach, Turner Templeton is taking the helm after 4 years as part of the Barracudas coaching staff. Turner is a lifelong swimmer who set records with both North Springs High School and Chattahoochee Gold swim clubs.
• Assistant Coaches Stella Bean, Ellie Ryan and Molly Wooden return with years of experience on the Mountaire summer league and Chastain Park year-round teams.
• We have a new group of Junior Coaches consisting of young adults from the Barracudas swim team who have demonstrated a love for the sport, commitment to the community and desire to develop leadership skills

Schedule

• M-F 30-minute practice times for 6&Unders
• M-F 45-minute practice times for 7-8
• M-F 60-minute practice times for 9&Up
• Plus COMPLIMENTARY swim clinics offered throughout the season!
• All scheduling information is uploaded to the website to help you plan

Program Highlights

• HEATED pool! The only heated pool in this area in the division which means your swimmer(s) is comfortable in the water from the start even if weather temps are a little cool
• Swimmers of the Week program celebrating individual athlete contributions including exciting REWARDS
• Swimmer evaluations for new 8&U to help ensure safety and water comfort-level
• Team swimsuits, complimentary athlete t-shirts and A TON of great merchandise!
• You do not have to be a member of Mountaire Park pool to swim on the team
