Mountaire Park Barracudas: Second Home Meet Concession Sign-Up Now Live (deadline to sign-up Thursday, June 23rd)

It's your concessions team here! Did you all hear that we set a concessions record at our last home meet? $2,100 earned that goes directly back to the program and your swimmers! Wow, we are so grateful. You guys rocked it!

Our final home meet of the season is fast approaching! We need your help one last time to begin concession item sign-ups and shopping. As a friendly reminder, when Mountaire Park hosts home meets, we supply food options for all attendees (our menu is AWESOME!). Concessions are a very big fundraiser for the team (hellooo…$2,100!). The items we sell are done so through your generous contributions.

Like the last home meet, our food options include hamburgers, cheeseburgers, Hebrew National hot dogs, pizza slices, vegetarian pasta salad, fruit, assorted chips and candy, ice cream treats, and a ton of assorted drinks (including La Croix).

Our second home meet concessions sign-up deadline is Thursday, June 23rd. Click here to access the sign-up link. We need all hands on deck.

YOUR NEXT STEPS:

BEGINNING TODAY, MONDAY, JUNE 20TH: click on the “Meet 5: Concession Sign-Up” link on the Team Calendar page of the website.
Each family needs to sign-up for one item. For those families that did not have a chance to sign up to bring an item at the last home meet, we ask that you do so for this last meet.
PLEASE – read the item you signed up for very carefully and purchase exactly what is requested (size, brand, quantity). Our concessions team knows what sells, trust us! :-)
Your concession sign-up is due by Thursday, June 23rd.
Your concession items must be brought to the pool on Monday, June 27th between 8:30 AM – 10:45 AM (and handed to Anne Koch who will be sitting in the upper pavilion). THIS IS CRITICAL. Do not deliver your item before 8:30 AM or after 10:45 AM. Our meet is the evening of Monday, June 27th…the concessions team must receive your items within that time frame to prepare properly for the meet.
If there is an exception to the delivery time on an item, it will be clearly marked on the sign-up page.
There are some items that require a 4:00 PM delivery, including ice.
When dropping off, please be sure your item is marked with your name so that we can check you off.
Here’s a question you might have: “What if my child is not swimming in the meet, do I still need to bring an item?” Yes, please. We are counting on you.
