Barracudas!!!

It's time for our 2nd meet and we wanted to pass on some important information to you. This is an AWAY meet! We will be swimming at Huntcliff, 9072 River Run, Sandy Springs 30350. Swimmers please arrive at 4:00pm, If you are volunteering in the bullpen, we need at least 1-2 of you to arrive at 4:00pm as well. Otherwise, 1st session volunteers can arrive at 4:30pm. Volunteers check-in with your swim moms when you arrive. If you are going to be late, call Deana Menikoff at 770-865-7011.

A few things about Bullpen -- our Bullpen volunteers did a wonderful job at the last meet but parents it is your responsibility to make sure your swimmer is either at his/her bullpen or lined up for the race (whatever your bullpen parent requests.) Our volunteers simply cannot find every child in their bullpen for each race. Bullpen volunteers are responsible for checking in the kids, marking up the arms and making sure the kids are lined up correctly at least 3-4 races ahead of time. Please help them out as this can be a big job at times.

We've had some kids be unable to swim due to sickness last minute. One wonderful mom is still willing to be a timer but we really don't want to have her come when her kids are not swimming. So we would love if we could get 1 more volunteer to be a timer! Email at [email protected] if you can do this.
